*A note about the recipes. There is a time and place for precision, this is not the space. There are many resources at public libraries and the internet that go more in depth into recipes people have created and tested. My recipes are usually inspired by other’s recipes, altered for what we have on hand around the farm, and shared as a starting point. The beauty of creating meals is that you use your senses and intuition to guide you. If you’re ‘not a cook’, the best way to change that is using local, organic produce. A meal with fresh, intentional ingredients instantly makes you a better cook.
